City Council Appeal Hearing Meeting - April 22 at 2:30pm

The Mobile City Council will hold an appeal hearing concerning the application of Blue Creek Coal Terminal (Walter Energy, Inc.) to construct a new coal handling facility downtown. It will be held on April 22, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., in the Mobile Government Plaza Auditorium, 205 Government Street. All persons will have an opportunity to speak for or against the application.
