Check Out the New Community Movies About Mobile

The City of Mobile and CGI Communications, Inc. (CGI) have joined forces to promote the city’s assets and attributes through a new multimedia venture to promote the city to prospective visitors, newcomers, businesses and residents. The message city officials want the site to send around the world is that Mobile is a great place to live, work and play.

The high quality, multi-chapter informative online video series about the City of Mobile being produced, will feature a perimeter view of the Mobile businesses that sponsor one or more of the community chapters. The video series was produced by eLocalLink, the multi-media division of CGI.

CGI is an “end-to-end” marketing solution, from editing scripts, to videotaping sights throughout the city; Mobile officials worked with eLocalLink to produce the videos. The video series includes a “Welcome” segment, several video clips and a multitude of panoramic views that feature an overview of different parts of the city. The city has chosen to take part in this program in order to highlight Mobile’s outstanding quality of life and thriving economy. The city may choose up to ten topics in addition to the Welcome video to promote the City of Mobile.
