Call For BayFest Music Festival Artwork

MOBILE, AL - The 11th Annual BayFest Music Festival is commissioning area artists to submit their original, fun and colorful artwork for this year's contest. The winner's artwork will become the "Official" Art to be used on posters, weekend passes, t-shirts, etc. for the 2005 BayFest Music Festival. Final, full color, artwork must be mounted for presentation and should not exceed 12" x 21".

Submitting artists must have their original artwork with their name and contact information on the back. Please deliver all entries by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 to the Office of Special Events, 2900 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606 (corner of Dauphin and Sage) or the Cultural and Civic Development Department located in the Government Plaza, 205 Government Street, 2nd Floor, South Tower.

The artist chosen for this year's "Official 2005" artwork will receive a $500 honorarium fee and the design will become the property of BayFest, Incorporated. Artwork not selected, may be picked up from the Office of Special Events after the winner has been announced.
