Veterans Day Free Admission at Museum of Art

What a great way to enjoy a Veteranss Day Holiday... There will be FREE admission at the Mobile Museum of Art on Veterans' Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2003. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit the newly renovated facility and check out the wonderful exhibits on show. The exhibits include Saltline Biennial; Coming Home: American Paintings 1930-1950 from the Schoen Collection; and Alabama Big Prints; as well as our permanent collection.

The Hours of Operation are 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday; and 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Take Springhill Avenue (Exit 5-A) from I-65 and travel west approximately two miles. Turn left onto PFC John D. New Drive (at the light just west of McGregor Avenue) and take an immediate right onto Museum Drive. The beautiful Mobile Museum of Art is the first building on the right.
