Brown Bag in Bienville Begins Again

The Brown Bag Concert Series sponsored by The City of Mobile, Catt's Sunday Jazz Brunch, Radio Avalon, and WHIL radio resumes today in Bienville Square from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Lisa Mills will be today's featured artist playing a mix of Blues and Pop.

Today's event also marks the beginning of the collaboration between Brown Bag and several downtown restaurants who will offer "Brown Bag Specials" each Wednesday. Each participating restaurant will offer a discounted lunch that will be placed in a specially marked "Brown Bag". Just make sure you ask for the Brown Bag Special to get your discount. The participating restaurants are: Pollman's Bake Shop, Serta's Coffee, Café Royal, Downtowner's, Samurai J's Sushi Bar, Noell B's, Busaba's Thai Cuisine, and Mama's On Dauphin. More restaurants will be added in coming weeks. Call ahead to see what the special will be at each restaurant!
