Ramona holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Other continuing education studies include studies in Total Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, training of adult trainers and group facilitation processes.

This is a timely workshop designed to help women who may be new business owners, or inexperienced business people to understand the dynamics of relationships and communication in order to ask for and get what she needs to move her business forward.
During this workshop participants will
- Discuss the elements of making a positive memorable first impression
- Dissect the communication process to understand where her strengths and areas of improvement exist
- Discuss and define the difference between assertive and aggressive communications
- Discuss strategies for responding professionally to criticism
- Discuss impact of verbal and non-verbal communications
- Discuss how to say "No" in a calm and effective manner
At the end of this session, participants will complete a personal action plan for becoming more assertive in business interactions.
