ASMS UPCOMING EVENTS 2004/05

SUPER MONDAY
ASMS faculty and staff travel throughout the state meeting with prospective students and parents to share information about ASMS. You are encouraged to attend the location nearest you.

Cities: Anniston, Birmingham, Dothan, Huntsville, *Mobile, Montgomery
* Mobile’s program is Sunday, September 26th, 3:00 – 5:00 PM, on the ASMS campus.


PREVIEW DAY
Current high school 9th and 10th graders, and their parents throughout Alabama are welcome to attend this program. Every department of our school will be represented, current ASMS students will be present and campus tours will be conducted. This is a great opportunity for prospective families to get an up-close look at ASMS.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
February 1, 2005 - All applications should be postmarked by this date.


ACT/SAT1 TEST DATES
Every applicant must submit an official ACT test score result to be considered for admission. All applicants are encouraged to take the October or December ACT, even if you have taken the test previously or have taken the PLAN test as a sophomore. The February ACT is the latest test result that will arrive at our office to be considered for admission.

INTERVIEW DAY
Attendance is by invitation only. A complete application must be submitted before the interview decision can be made. Placement tests for biology, chemistry, foreign languages and mathematics will be administered. At least one parent/guardian is required to accompany each student.
