An Evening with Denyce Graves-New Date Announcement

Mobile Opera is excited to announce a new date for their gala fundraising concert with opera superstar, Denyce Graves.  It has been rescheduled for Friday, December 3.   The concert will be held at 8PM at the Mobile Civic Center Theater.   "Ms. Graves has been most understanding and sympathetic about our situation following IVAN's debut on the Gulf Coast" says Executive Director, Michele Kitson.   "She was eager to reschedule and is very much looking forward to her appearance in Mobile in December." 

 

All events scheduled around the original date will still take place including special events preceding and following the concert, which include the opportunity to meet Denyce Graves.  Limited quantities of this special event package are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Mobile Opera opens their season this month with a production of Madame Butterfly on October 21 & 23 at 7:30 PM at Mobile Civic Center Theater.
