- The SISTA Project began one year ago.
- The project goal is to not didactically disseminate information informing people of risks, but to reduce the behaviors that place African American women at risk of HIV infection.
- The project targets African American women from Mobile County ages 19-29.
- The new session will begin Thursday, January 13th, 2005. They will continue every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month for five months.
- If a participant completes the five month session she will receive a stipend in the amount of $250.
- The sessions will take place 1700 Jessie St. in the Trinity Gardens community.
