Mayor

• Registered voter of the city of Mobile
• Resident of city for at least 90 days before the election date
• At least 25 years of age
• Qualifying fee: $500

City Council

• Registered voter of the city of Mobile and of the particular council district
• Resident of city for at least one year before the election date
• Resident of district for at least 90 days before election date
• At least 21 years of age
• Qualifying fee: $125
