Sea Pines Residential Fire

7:00 a.m.— Mobile Fire-Rescue Department units were dispatched at about 4:28 a.m. to the Sea Pines Mobile Home Park on Cedar Crescent Drive for a report of a residential fire at a manufactured home in Mobile, Alabama, Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

Engine 20 arrived on scene first to find fire coming from the windows of a double-wide trailer home. Other crews arrived and personnel made entry into the structure and extinguished the fire, and completed primary and secondary searches for any people inside. The searches were all clear. The home was reported to be unoccupied.

Personnel extinguished remaining hotspots. No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation at this time.
