At about 5:48 p.m. Engine 14 and Rescue 14 responded to a report that the roof of Greater Deliverance Church of God at 2011 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had collapsed Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Mobile, Alabama.
Personnel checked to make sure there were no victims inside and established a safe zone around the structure. Firefighters shut off utilities at the location and kept people from the scene until utility companies arrived. Doors were secured at the building. No one was injured in the incident.
