Steve Huffman Public Information Officer (251) 208-5806/Fax: (251) 208-5813 E-Mail: huffman@cityofmobile.org NO INJURIES IN EARLY MORNING HOUSE FIRE Mobile firefighters responded to a house fire located at 1303 Adams Street early Tuesday, January 22, 2002. The fire was reported by the occupants at approximately 4:46 a.m. Firefighters arrived on the scene shortly after at 4:51 a.m. The fire appears to have originated on the south exterior wall and traveled up the wall into the attic above. The occupants Sylvester Andrews, 61; Juanita Andrews, 36; Angela Andrews, 17 and Shekima Dixon, 26, all escaped without apparent injuries. The fire which caused an estimated $15 thousand in damage remains under investigation. Engines 3, 8, 14, truck 4, rescue 14 and District 1 Chief Alex Trenier responded. ###
