The conference will take place at the Admiral Semmes Hotel with opening ceremonies at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sessions covered during the conference titled "Being Prepared" will include "Exercising Leadership in Times of Change", "Hurricanes Panel Discussion", "National Firefighter Near Miss Reporting System", "Getting the Community Prepared", "Line of Duty Death Prevention Program" and many other topics. The SEAFC which is a division of the International Association of Fire Chiefs includes Fire Chiefs from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, U.S Virgin Islands, Virginia and West Virginia. ###
