MFRD Releases 2024 Annual Report

Mobile Fire-Rescue Department released its 2024 annual report Monday, March 17, 2025. The forty-page document features photos of the agency’s men and women in action and highlights of the department's divisions. It also documents many of the department's statistics for types of calls throughout the past year. 

The total calls for service for Mobile Fire-Rescue Department increased slightly over the prior year with an increase in emergency medical services incidents and a small decrease in fire incidents.

The department was recertified with its ISO 1 rating from the Insurance Services Office and continued to maintain accredited status from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services and the Commission on Fire Accreditation International from the Center for Public Safety Excellence.

The department continues its strong effort to be a valued part of the community with a vigilant eye toward protecting all citizens and visitors.
