Steve Huffman Public Information Officer (251) 208-2857/Fax: (251) 208-2861 E-Mail: huffman@cityofmobile.org MFRD COLLECTING CLOTHES FOR FIRE VICTIMS Mobile Fire-Rescue is collecting clothing for a family of seven that lost everything in a fire on Sunday, February 1, 2015. The fire occurred at approximately 8:12 p.m. at 2905 Frederick Street. The fire caused heavy damage to the structure at an estimated damage of $17 thousand. Clothing donations for the children can be dropped off at Lathan Fire Station ONLY, located at 1951 South Maryvale Street located off Dauphin Island Parkway. Items requested for the six children are: Boy age 10 - size 12, large in shirts, 7 in shoes. Boy age 9 - size 8, medium in shirts, 2 in shoes. Boy age 7 - size 7, small in shirts, 2 in shoes. Boy age 4 - size 4, size 10 in shoes. Girl age 1 - size 18 to 24 months, size 5 in shoes. Girl age 8 months - size 12 months, size 1 or 2 in shoes. ###
