FOUR FIRE CAPTAINS PROMOTED
Public Safety Director Richard Landolt and Assistant Fire Chief Billy Pappas have announced today the promotions of four Fire Captains to the position of Fire District Chief.
Philip Ballard, 37, has been with the department for over 17 years. Ballard is a Paramedic, has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Masters in Public Administration.
Jack Busby, 47, has been with the department for over 15 years. Busby is a Paramedic and has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration.
Dwayne Penn, 43, has been with the department for over 19 years. Penn has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
John Pitt, 48, has been with the department for over 25 years. Pitt is a Paramedic and has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health/Fire Science.
