FIREFIGHTER RICHARD W. NEWMAN FUNERAL AND PROCESSION
Mobile Firefighter Richard W. Newman, 45, veteran of the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department for over 21 years succumbed to injuries in a fall on Saturday, September 2, 2006. Newman will be buried with full Fire Department Honors. Funeral Services for Firefighter-Driver Richard Newman are as follows:
Wake at Radney Funeral Home Wednesday, September 6, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, September 7, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
Funeral Procession is scheduled to leave Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street at approximately 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 7, 2006. Procession will head East on Dauphin Street then South on Broad Street to East on Government Street through the Bankhead Tunnel then East on the Causeway to South on Highway 98 in Daphne and end at Daphne United Methodist Church located at 2401 Main Street where the funeral service will begin at approximately 11:00 a.m.
