Qualified candidates can pick up their applications from the Mobile County Personnel Department located at 1809 Government Street, Mobile, Alabama. Minimum qualification requirements are must have graduated from a standard senior high school; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements. Must possess a valid Alabama Driver's License. Applicants will receive a written examination study booklet and Candidate Physical Ability Test preparation guide upon receipt of application. Starting annual salary for firefighter with Mobile Fire-Rescue is $26,616. Firemedic (paramedic) starting salary is $27,936. ###
