Beginning his career as a public servant for Mobile Fire-Rescue in 2008, Fire Service Captain David Calhoun has consistently proven to be a team player and a valuable part of the organization. Captain Calhoun consistently demonstrates leadership skills and performs his role in a constructive and professional manner.
Captain Calhoun has been a great asset to MFRD with assisting in the Public Safety Course at LeFlore High School, while still performing his daily duties as the Captain on Engine 14 in the Toulminville community. This course teaches approximately 300 students to understand all the aspects of being a firefighter.
