AREA Firefighters from Mobile Fire-Rescue responded to a report of a house fire located at 1623 Gill Road early this morning, Tuesday, November 24. The first call was received at approximately 3:07 a.m. advising flames and smoke coming from the residence next door. Firefighters arrived at approximately 3:14 a.m. reporting a single story, wood frame structure fully involved with fire. No injuries were reported. Engines 2, 9, 16, truck 24, rescue 24 and District Chief Aubrey Bishop responded to the incident. ###
