FEMALE WANTED FOR QUESTIONING REFERENCE HOUSE FIRE
Officials with the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department’s Fire Marshal office is seeking a black female wanted for questioning reference a house fire that occurred at 54 North Julia Street on Monday, June 23 at approximately 5:40 p.m. Melissa Searil Singleton, 21, who is described as a black female, 5’5” tall, weights approximately 132 lbs and has braided hair and brown eyes. She is known to frequent Bush Avenue as well as the Birdville area of the Southside of Mobile. She may be traveling with a black male or one of two black females.
The fire at 54 North Julia Street caused an estimated $700 in damage and no injuries were reported.
Anyone with information as to Singleton’s whereabouts is asked to call the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department’s Arson Hotline at 208-MFRD.
