Steve Huffman Public Information Officer (251) 208-2857/Fax: (251) 208-2861 E-Mail: huffman@cityofmobile.org BLACK FEMALE WANTED FOR QUESTIONING Mobile Fire Investigators are searching for Arella Jones, 45, for questioning reference a fire that occurred this Wednesday morning, November 7. The fire occurred at 1501 Pine Grove Avenue and was reported at approximately 5:58 a.m. When firefighters arrived they reported heavy fire and smoke showing from the one-story, wood frame structure. No one was home at the time of the fire. The fire appears to have originated in a bedroom, spread throughout the structure and caused an estimated $50 thousand in damage. No injuries were reported. Charges stemming from the fire would be Arson 2nd because the structure was not occupied at the time of the fire was set. The fire remains under investigation but appears to be domestic related. More information will be released as it becomes available. Anyone with information is ask to call the Mobile Fire Marshal’s Office at 208-7484 (weekends and after hours 208-7311). Engines 15, 18, 23, truck 10, rescue 18 and District 3 Chief Alex Trenier responded to the call. ###
