Mobile Fire-Rescue Department units were dispatched at 9:04 p.m. for a report of a residential fire in the 1300 block of Innsbruck Drive in Mobile, Alabama, Friday, January 24, 2025. While enroute, dispatch updated responders that the fire had spread to a car outside the residence.
Engine 1 arrived on scene first to find flames showing from the rear of the building. Firefighters used water to extinguish the fire, and completed primary and secondary searches to make sure no one was inside the residence.
As of 9:30 p.m., the fire is under control and crews are still on scene doing salvage and overhaul. There were no reports of injuries. The fire is under investigation at this time.
Districts 3 and 4, Engines 1, 12, 18, 22, Truck 5, Rescue 1, Rehab 1, and Car 80 were dispatched to the call.
