Arrest Made After Three Notch-Kroner Incident

Mobile Fire Rescue-Department arrested Paulette Anne Person and charged her with attempted first-degree arson Sunday night, April 21, 2024.

The charge was related to an incident that occurred earlier in the afternoon where Mobile Police Department and Theodore Dawes Fire Rescue were on the scene after being dispatched to a possible domestic situation in progress in the 8100 block of Three Notch-Kroner Road.

Mobile Fire-Rescue Department's on-duty investigator was called to the scene, where evidence was found that Person poured gasoline at the location and attempted to burn the occupied mobile home. With the assistance of the MPD Assaults Unit, the MFRD Arson Unit conducted an interview and made the arrest at MPD headquarters Sunday night.
