Andrew Otis, Jr. Promoted to the Fire Service Captain

Congratulations to MFRD’s newly-promoted company officer, Captain Andrew Otis.

Captain Otis is a long-time member of the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department family and a committed servant to the citizens of Mobile. On Friday, March 24th, amongst his family, friends, and peers, he accepted his promotion the rank of Captain along with his new assignment on Engine 21.

Congratulations, Captain Otis. We are excited for the future of our Department under your leadership.
