Estate Planning & Utility Assistance Outreach
March 29, 2025
10:00am-2:00pm
Through the support of grant funding, the City of Mobile and Legal Services Alabama are partnering to provide legal services to Mobilians in need of assistance.
For estate planning services, City of Mobile residents of low to moderate income can apply to receive free Wills, Power of Attorney documents, and Living Wills. For utility assistance, City of Mobile residents with low income can apply for utility assistance (must have a disconnect notice in order to qualify).
If you are interested in applying for either of these services, please bring proof of income per household (social security statement, paystubs, etc.) and your utility disconnect notice to the Ben May Main Library on Saturday, March 29. Legal Services Alabama will be at the library's Armbrecht-Briskman Meeting Room from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to meet with interested citizens.
