The Mobile Convention & Visitors Corporation is the primary marketing arm for the City of Mobile branded as "Visit Mobile". The primary focus of the organization is to market travel to the area for both leisure tourism and meeting/convention travel.

Visit Mobile focuses on marketing Mobile as a premier destination. The organization is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to promote the meeting facilities, attractions, events, and other amenities available. The core values of Visit Mobile are Accountability, Communication, Teamwork, Service, Integrity, and Community - with the Accountability being the number one core value. Success is measured by the direct increase in hotel occupancy and lodging tax along with the overall increase in city visitor taxes.
