Municipal Information Technology (MIT)

The Municipal Information Technology (MIT) Department is responsible for the direction, control, and operation of the city's information technology resources including communications and information services.

Systems Support administers the network, operating, and database systems along with cybersecurity services for the city. It maintains all end-user hardware and software systems and operates the HelpDesk for end-user support. 

MIT’s Business Process provides support and solutions for extended functionality of the city’s ERP system and design, development, and support of other internal applications.
