Press Alert: Lighting of the Mardi Gras Tree rescheduled to January 16

Mobile, Ala. — Due to the anticipated winter weather, two City of Mobile events scheduled for later this week have been rescheduled or canceled.

• The Lighting of the Mardi Gras Tree, originally scheduled for this Thursday, will now take place on Thursday, January 16. The time and location remain unchanged. More details on the event are available on the attached flyer and at https://www.cityofmobile.org/events/events/lighting-of-the-mardi-gras-tree-2.
• January’s LoDa Artwalk, scheduled for Friday, January 10, has been canceled. The next LoDa Artwalk will be held on Friday, March 14.
