311 Call Center to go offline temporarily on Wednesday, August 9 

Mobile, Ala. — Due to a professional development program for employees, the City of Mobile's 311 Call Center will be offline from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Anyone who calls 311 to report a problem or request services from the City of Mobile will hear a pre-recorded message until normal operations resume after 5 p.m. Please note this will only impact telephone calls to 311, and citizens will still have several other options for submitting reports to 311. For more information about the City of Mobile's 311 services, visit. www.cityofmobile.org/311. Below, you'll find several links to Mobile 311's various online platforms. We appreciate everyone's patience while our 311 staff continue to develop their professional skills to better serve Mobilians.
