MOBILE, AL – Mobile City Council will hold a Public Safety Committee meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., at 205 Government Plaza in the Mobile City Council conference room on the 9th floor of the South Tower.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an ordinance to amend Sections 39-96.1(c) and (d)2 of the Mobile City Code to change the noise ordinance cutoff time in residential districts and to codify procedures for applications for waivers.
