The City of Mobile is seeking bids for applying mulch to center medians on Grelot Road between Cody Road and University Boulevard.

Vendor to:

1. Remove all trash and garbage debris: trash/garbage, asphalt or concrete chips or pieces; remove all debris in street next to the curb


2. No plants or trees are to be removed.


3. Vendor to spread new mulch no less than 3” thick.


4. Mulch to be mixed hardwood mulch.


5. Mulch to be spread so that it does not wash into street.


6. Street to be swept clean so there is no debris in area of the center curbing.


7. Vendor to provide traffic control as per the MUTCD.

Any questions should be directed to purchasing@cityofmobile.org prior to 5:00pm on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

Bids are due back in the office by 12:01 pm, on Friday, June 21, 2024.
