MSNBC: Mobile is Past the Recession

According to the Adversity Index from msnbc.com and Moody's Economy.com, which measures the economic health of 381 metro areas and all 50 states, Mobile is out of the recession. The Index takes several different calculations to measure the economic health of a city, and Mobile is doing very well.
